My Package Came In Like 4 Days. The Packaging Was So Pretty & Chic. The Seller Had Very Good Communication, Kept Me Informed About My Package. I Haven't Installed This Unit Yet, But Straight Out Of The Package The Hair Was Soft, Had A Slight Smell but Not Anything To Harsh, It Was Very Thick & True To Length. I Will Be Uploading Pictures After It Has Been Installed .
