Five stars for the base, one star for the hair (in comparison to price), negative star for lies will average two stars. The seller made false representation of the hair. When I spend this much money and I was told by seller this is bone straight hair, I expect to receive it. The hair I received (wavy) could have been purchased with a similar base for $326. I did not want to spend even $50 on that kind of hair. I have plenty of wigs/toppers with that hair already. This item is in dispute and I do not have high hopes for a fair outcome. If the person reviewing the dispute know about hair qualities and pricing they will see by the picture that this hair is not $500 hair. If they do not have this knowledge, I will be dealt with unfairly and will have learned (again, lol) not to buy hair without recommendations by people that I know. When you buy from China, it is a risk if you live in USA it is too expensive to return.
